(BBSM) es un removedor altamente efectivo, económico y biodegradable para pinturas en aerosol, exceso de pintura, grasa, humo de mugre y manchas de aceite, así como otras marcas en superficies porosas de ladrillo, piedra y concreto, incluidos bloques de hormigón, bloques de cara partida y agregados expuestos.

INSTRUCCIONES DE USO:

ELIMINACIÓN DE GRAFITIS DE SUPERFICIES DE LADRILLO, PIEDRA Y MAMPOSTERÍA

BBSM se aplica a la superficie con un cepillo de nailon, una escoba o un pulverizador de bomba, 3 veces a intervalos de 3 minutos, impregnando generosamente el grafiti o la mancha con el producto. Para grafitis típicos, aproximadamente tres minutos después de la aplicación final, enjuague con una hidrolavadora de agua caliente o fría (preferiblemente caliente) a baja presión. Si no dispone de una, puede bastar con un cepillo de nailon rígido y un cubo de agua.

Agitar el producto al aplicarlo puede ser de gran ayuda. La práctica continua permitirá al usuario determinar cuántas aplicaciones son necesarias para diferentes superficies y aerosoles.

En grafitis antiguos o más gruesos, la clave está en la paciencia. Mantenga el grafiti húmedo con el producto el mayor tiempo posible antes de enjuagar.

ELIMINACIÓN DE GRAFITIS DE SUPERFICIES PINTADAS

Algunas marcas grandes en paredes acrílicas prepintadas se pueden eliminar sin causar daños utilizando BBSM y la técnica descrita a continuación. A menudo, la mejor alternativa es igualar el color y repintar, pero si esto no es posible, proceda de la siguiente manera:

1. Moje bien la pared con una hidrolavadora.

2. Utilizando una escoba de nailon suave y un balde rectangular que contenga BBSM, aplique y agite aproximadamente 10 pies cuadrados del grafiti hasta que aproximadamente la mitad desaparezca (el grafiti se disuelva y corra).

3. Con baja presión, enjuague rápidamente la zona tratada y humedezca bien antes de repetir el proceso en la siguiente sección. Aproximadamente el 95 % del grafiti del aerosol debería haber desaparecido. Si observa que está afectando la pintura subyacente, deberá acortar el tiempo de aplicación inicial. La razón por la que se detiene cuando se disuelve aproximadamente la mitad es que el enjuague tiende a eliminar un 50 % más de lo que se ha eliminado.

4. Limpie cuidadosamente las áreas sin limpiar con el removedor de grafitis para superficies sensibles.
