In the heart of Maryland lies the former United States Naval Training Center (NTC)-Bainbridge, a sprawling 1,185-acre site that once played a pivotal role during World War II. Established in 1942, NTC-Bainbridge witnessed key moments in American history, serving as a training facility during World War II and the Korean crisis. Despite its storied past, the facility was officially closed in 1976, and its structures fell into disrepair.
