The trains pictured below were factory finished with a durable but oxidized polyurethane coating with many layers of older, baked-on graffiti. After thoroughly testing Sensitive Surface Graffiti Remover, Bare Brick Stone & Masonry Graffiti Remover, Vanish Graffiti Remover and Heritage Graffiti Remover, it was determined that the fastest and most effective solution was to use Bare Brick Stone & Masonry Graffiti Remover for the vast majority of the exterior graffiti.
For interior surfaces, a brush on/wipe off technique using Sensitive Surface Graffiti Remover was used to remove wax crayons, spray paint, and ink markers from the coated walls, glass windows and rubber trim. Feltpen Fadeout was then used for the final removal of any remaining ink stains on coated walls.
We’ve spent 40 years perfecting our products and techniques, and work with many DOT and Transit Authorities to help them maintain graffiti-free trains and stations for their commuters.
