Hazmat shipments cannot be held at hubs or rerouted to a different address once shipped.
FedEx will make 3 delivery attempts. If the package cannot be delivered because there isn't someone to sign for it, then it will be returned to us.
LTL Pallet Shipping Fees
To ensure safe and efficient delivery, an LTL shipping fee is applied for every 4 qualifying product in your cart.
Some of our larger and heavier products require LTL shipping due to their size and weight. Equipment such as hot and cold pressure washers must be shipped upright on a pallet because they contain oil.
The following Products incur a $120 LTL Shipping Fee:
