Our friends at Los Angeles Pressure Washing Inc. recently wrapped up a massive project removing 6,942 feet of yellow line stripes from an 8,250 sq ft warehouse floor.

Years of forklift traffic, oil stains, and thick industrial paint buildup made this a challenging job. But with Transgel Paint & Graffiti Remover and Vanish Graffiti & Paint Remover, the team achieved spotless results without damage, grinding, or harsh fumes.

Transgel went to work first, swelling and lifting even the thickest paint layers. Then, Vanish handled any remaining deep-set residue, leaving the concrete perfectly clean and ready for use.

For an industrial application, we need something that’s really strong. Since it’s buffered and it’s a no-splash formula, it works the best for results and work-site safety.”
