How To Remove Graffiti From Tile & Grout Surfaces

For graffiti on tile surfaces and grout lines, use our Bare Brick, Stone & Masonry Graffiti Remover (BBSM).

On typical graffiti, simply flood coat three times (at roughly 3-minute intervals), wait another few minutes then rinse with a pressure washer.

Agitation as you apply this product can be of great assistance. On older/thicker graffiti, patience is the key. Keep the graffiti wet with the product, as long as possible before rinsing.

While most paint will rinse cleanly from the tile surface, porous grout lines can occasionally retain traces of pigments, dyes and inks, particularly from permanent markers and spray paints containing red pigments.

For any remaining shadows, staining or residual color left behind after rinsing, Feltpen Fadeout may be needed to achieve quick and perfect results.

Feltpen Fadeout is designed for the final removal of stains left from permanent markers, inks, dyes and red spray paints. We like to think of it as the "missing link" in professional removals. You won't always need it, but when you need it, you REALLY need it.

If applying Feltpen Fadeout to grout shadows, remember that once the product dries, it stops working. Our expression "the longer the wetter, the better" has never been more important. In hot weather, pre-wet the surface with water and keep the treated area wet for as long as possible before rinsing.
